perfexcrm-module.com is a digital shop for extensions (“modules”) of the Perfex CRM. The modules offered are developed by the operator and distributed in its own name. The operator is your contracting party (merchant of record) for purchase, invoicing and payment processing.
Perfex® is a trademark of its respective rights holders. perfexcrm-module.com is not officially affiliated with, operated or endorsed by the makers of the Perfex CRM.

06 Consumer dispute resolution / EU online dispute resolution
The European Commission used to provide a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG). We are happy to resolve any concerns directly – simply contact us at hello@perfexcrm-module.com.
07 Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned immediately.
