Community Forum turns your Perfex CRM into a modern discussion platform with the look and feel of Flarum — without a second system, a separate database, a subdomain or SSO. Install the module, activate it, and your community is live.
Everything a community needs
- Three reach levels, one engine — a public SEO forum, a customer-portal community and an internal staff space. Visibility is set per category (public · portal · staff).
- Flarum-style discussions — a fast post stream with a live scroll timeline, a slide-up composer, reactions and @mentions.
- Best answers — mark the reply that solved a question; solved threads are highlighted so knowledge stays findable.
- A full tag system — type one or two letters and matching tags are suggested (autocomplete), attach several per thread, browse everything under a tag, and manage the whole taxonomy (colours, order, moderator-only tags) right in the admin.
- Colour-coded categories — drag-sort, parent sections (e.g. one category per product), icons and per-category visibility.
- A real control center — dashboard KPIs and an activity chart, a moderation queue, pin/lock announcements, convert a thread into a support ticket, granular staff permissions and settings.
- Email notifications — beautifully designed emails for new replies, new discussions, mentions and best answers, plus an optional daily digest.
- Realtime & search — new posts appear live, with full-text search across the forum.
- Mobile ready & dark mode — every screen (admin, portal and public) adapts fluidly from desktop to phone.
- German & English — complete DE + EN language files; the interface follows the viewer's language.
Licensing
Your licence key unlocks the module on your domain. The Regular licence covers 1 domain, the Extended licence covers 5 domains. You can move a licence between domains yourself at any time via self-service under /account — no support ticket needed.

Is the module compatible with my Perfex version?
Yes. It works from Perfex 3.0.* onwards. You'll find the exact requirement in the specs above.
How do I install the module?
After purchase you download the ZIP from your account and install it in Perfex under “Setup → Modules”. A step-by-step guide is in the help center.
Do I get updates?
Yes. Your purchase includes 12 months of update access. New versions appear automatically inside Perfex – validated via your license key.
How does the license work?
Every purchase includes a license key. The regular license covers 1 domain, the extended license up to 5 domains.
Is there support?
Yes. From purchase you get 6 months of support directly from the developer by email.
Can I get a refund?
If there are technical problems we can't resolve, we refund your purchase within 14 days.
